As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Opportunity As part of the Life Annuity Group Benefits Insurance team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful Insurance initiatives. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry What Sets You Apart
• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research preferred
• Proven success in operationalizing business strategies
• Proficiency in transforming chain functions
• Client relationship and network building skills
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative benchmarking
• Ability to manage complex business initiatives
• Proficiency in insurance technology and analytics
• Leadership and team-building abilities The salary range for this position is: $124,000
• $280,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
