The Opportunity As part of the Life Annuity Group Benefits Insurance team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful Insurance initiatives. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. - Bachelor's Degree

- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research preferred
- Proven success in operationalizing business strategies
- Proficiency in transforming chain functions
- Client relationship and network building skills
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative benchmarking
- Ability to manage complex business initiatives
- Proficiency in insurance technology and analytics
- Leadership and team-building abilities The salary range for this position is: $124,000
- $280,000.
