Monday-Friday | Hybrid (In Office Tuesday & Wednesday) Temp-to-Hire Our client is seeking a fully bilingual Benefits Specialist (English/Spanish) to join their growing HR team in Dallas. This is a great opportunity for someone with benefits administration experience who enjoys helping employees, working with vendors, and ensuring benefit programs run smoothly. What You'll Do Administer and support employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, retirement plans, stock purchase plans, and leave programs Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and third-party benefit vendors Assist employees with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit-related questions Manage leave administration, including tracking employee leaves, communicating updates, monitoring approvals and denials, and ensuring employees remain compliant throughout the process Audit 401(k) activity, contribution updates, payroll deductions, delinquent loans, and benefit records for accuracy Reconcile reports and ensure benefit information matches vendor documentation, including Charles Schwab reporting Investigate and resolve payroll deduction discrepancies Generate benefit reports and assist with annual audits and compliance-related filings Process benefit invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payment Support new hire onboarding and open enrollment activities Maintain accurate benefit records within HRIS and payroll systems Assist with PTO administration and tuition reimbursement programs Communicate professionally with employees across multiple states regarding benefits and leave programs Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1-2+ years of benefits administration, benefits coordination, or HR experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data auditing Experience working with employee leaves, benefit enrollments, payroll deductions, or retirement plans preferred Understanding of multi-state employee populations is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with both employees and vendors Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong customer service mindset Comfortable communicating by phone and email Dependable, hardworking, and proactive Able to manage a high volume of employee leave and benefits-related activities Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid schedule with in-office days Tuesday and Wednesday Start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM End time between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM 30-minute lunch Collaborative, family-oriented team environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
