compliance Full Job Description We're looking for an experienced Benefits/Leave Specialist to manage leave of absence and accommodation programs for employees across the U.S. and internationally. This is a full-time remote, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Manage leave cases from intake through return-to-work, including FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, and state/local leave programs . Support employees and managers across the U.S. and international locations , including Canada, Mexico, India, Belize, and the Netherlands. Lead the ADA interactive accommodation process and coordinate international accommodations with HR and Legal partners. Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate leave administration. Maintain compliance with applicable U.S. and international leave regulations and protect confidential employee information. Track leave cases, documentation, accommodations, and return-to-work processes while managing multiple cases simultaneously. Help improve leave processes, policies, communications, and reporting. 2+ years of leave administration experience with strong
FMLA/ADA
knowledge and multi-country/global leave experience required . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HRIS/leave management system experience required. SHRM, PHR, GPHR, or CLMS is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Spanish or Dutch language skills are a plus.
