Hybrid in Quincy, MA (onsite 3 days/week) A client in the professional services space in Quincy, MA, is looking to hire a Benefits Specialist. As a member of the HR team, this person will be responsible for administering all company benefits, managing leaves of absence (LOAs) & overseeing open enrollment from beginning to end.Responsibilities:
Benefit & leave administration, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness, disability, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and more Lead open enrollment planning, communications, and execution Serve as a primary resource to employees, managers, and vendors on all benefits and leave-related inquiries Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, & HR team members to create efficient benefits processesQualifications:
