Job Description
The Opportunity We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to build a career centered around communication, service, and professional growth. As a Benefits Specialist , you'll work directly with individuals and families to help them better understand the benefit programs available to them. Through virtual appointments, you'll learn about each client's priorities, answer questions, explain available options, and provide guidance throughout the process. You don't need previous industry experience to get started. Comprehensive training and continued coaching are provided to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. Your Responsibilities Your day-to-day work will focus on creating a positive and informative experience for every client you assist. Meet with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments Ask questions to understand their needs, priorities, and concerns Review available benefit programs and explain options clearly Help clients evaluate solutions based on their individual circumstances Answer questions and provide accurate, easy-to-understand information Maintain consistent communication throughout the process Follow up with clients and provide continued support when needed Develop professional relationships built on reliability and trust Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development What Makes a Strong Candidate We value attitude, communication, and willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
