Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. We are working with a company which is searching for a corporate attorney with experience negotiating technology contracts like SaaS and other technology agreements, with a preference for someone who has negotiated AI contracts and language. Experience in an industry where data protection and privacy are prominent is highly preferred. The initial period of this assignment is likely to last at least six months and could be extended or turned into direct-hire employment. Candidates need to work a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office per week. Please apply with resume for consideration.
