Remote/Hybrid work environment based on candidate location An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an International Compensation Analyst. This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to reconcile worldwide compensation, coordinate data collection, and report to global locations to ensure tax compliance.

Position Responsibilities:

Collects and reconciles worldwide compensation for assignees and global transfers.

Calculates expatriate allowances.

Creates compensation balance sheets.

Prepares cost projections.

Instructs global payrolls.

Reports shadow payroll in compliance with host location practices.

Completes VeriClock time entries weekly and billings monthly.

Responsible for accumulation and delivery of year-end compensation statements based on client schedule.

Supports the yearend process with guidance from senior team members.

Collaborates with tenured team members to gain exposure to systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

5-10 years of expatriate tax experience, with a background in global mobility compensation

Equus Platform compensation and cost estimate experience preferred with an ability to provide solutions to support configuration of Equus products, including widgets, reports, custom calculation, merge documents, and imports.

Ability to learn client accrual reporting requirements using excel and Aires technology tools

SQL knowledge would be helpful in terms of knowing how the application works. This will be helpful to support the creation of User Reports, and many of our features of the Equus Platform.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software. This includes understanding Word and Excel, making it easier to create merge documents and production reports. Understanding Excel may help to create custom calculations for cost estimates and compensation.
