Payroll & Benefits Specialist Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately, including wages, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, retirement, and leave of absence plans Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the integrity of payroll and benefits data Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and related policies Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Manage payroll and benefits activities related to employee onboarding, status changes, and terminations Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation, audits, and reporting requirements Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations Qualifications 2+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, preferably within a manufacturing or high-volume environment Working knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality #
