  • Leave of Absence and Accommodations:
    On behalf of our HR client, Procom is searching for a Senior Specialist
  • Leave of Absence and Accommodations for a one-year role.
This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Lone Tree, CO office.
Job Description:
This role focuses on providing support for leave of absence, accommodations, and disability plans managed within the benefits team. The project involves administering all aspects of leave of absence and disability support, including complex case escalations and interactions with employees, managers, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Assist Benefits team with the management of disability, leave of absence, return to work, ADA, and extended medical leave programs while ensuring compliance with laws Partner with disability/leave of absence vendor and act as a liaison between the vendor and employees Ensure proper integration of vendor FMLA administration with short-term disability plan Interpret HR policy and legislative developments to ensure compliance Respond to employee, manager, vendor, and internal and external call center escalations and questions Work with Legal, HR management, internal corporate functions, and external vendors to solve complex and time-sensitive issues
Mandatory Skills:
Experience with ADA & Accommodations Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and leadership Experience working in a high-volume environment 5+ years of experience with leave of absence, return to work programs, ADA, extended medical leave programs, short-term and long-term disability HR Systems knowledge and experience, with Workday and ServiceNow as a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with third-party disability and leave of absence administrators Ability to identify root causes of issues and suggest resolutions Experience learning new processes and identifying opportunities to streamline practices

The duration is unknown until the spotlight call but is most likely a year.

Lone Tree, Colorado, United States. This position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with the candidate choosing their remote day.
