Job Description

Job Description As a Sales Compensation Manager, you are a significantly experienced professional responsible for the advanced execution of the sales compensation process and regional commissions accounting. You serve as a subject-matter expert for your assigned region, ensuring the accuracy of crediting and payout calculations through rigorous audit protocols and AI-powered analytics. You independently manage complex inquiries from sales leadership and drive improvements to the end-to-end commissions workflow to ensure scalability and SOX compliance. Skills and Requirements Hybrid:
Employees divide their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (
Frequency:
Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team, but will be weekly in-office expectation). What You'll Bring Basic
  •  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  •  8 or more years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or commissions accounting
  •  Proven expertise in managing complex commission accruals and month-end close processes
  •  Hands-on experience with Xactly or other modern Sales Performance Management (SPM) software
  •  Professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or AI-driven environment
  •  Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive process improvements
  •  Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity and handle non-routine business challenges independently
  •  Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex commission structures to diverse stakeholders
  •  Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for data modeling and reconciliation
  •  Experience participating in or leading system implementation or UAT cycles
