Job Description

The Total Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for supporting benefits administration, leave management, compensation programs, employee education, compliance, reporting, and other HR-related activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with employees, HR, Payroll, vendors, and leadership.

Cherry Hill, NJ

•Hybrid after training Direct Hire

•5 days onsite for training (estimated 30-90 days), then 3-4 days onsite

Salary:

$60,000

•71,000 Responsibilities Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and qualifying life events Assist with new hire enrollments and employee benefit questions Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve eligibility, billing, and enrollment issues Support annual Open Enrollment activities, training sessions, and employee education Assist with tracking and reporting employee leave information Track and adjust leave time for accrual and payroll purposes Support FMLA, ADA, disability, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate documentation and tracking during leaves of absence Support benefits compliance activities, including ACA tracking, eligibility audits, and plan documentation Provide administrative support for compensation programs and initiatives Collect, validate, and analyze compensation and benefits data Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for budgeting, audits, benchmarking, and total rewards initiatives Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding benefits, compensation, policies, and programs Respond to employee questions through ticketing systems, phone, and email Prepare employment verifications, medical support notices, Medicare support notices, and other requests Maintain accurate benefits and leave documentation and procedures Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 3+ years of Benefits Administration experience or related experience Experience with UKG or a similar HRIS Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google equivalents Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed Self-motivated and results-driven Valid driver's license with no provisional restrictions Must be at least 18 years of age LA123
