Full Job Description Overview Workers' Compensation Claim Specialist Location:
Greenwood Village, CO Schedule:
8:00am- 4:30pm (MST)
- Some flexibility, and Hybrid schedule after initial training period (6 weeks).
Salary Range:

Qualifications Required:
10+ years of Colorado Workers' Compensation claims handling experience , including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution. Responsiveness to internal and external client needs. Must be comfortable handling multiple accounts of various types (public entity, manufacturing, and school districts) Experience handling indemnity claims. Ability to prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of all lower‑level claim position responsibilities. Adjuster's license may be required based on jurisdiction. Nice toHave:
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency — highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required.
