Job Description

Overview We're looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our team! As a Benefits Coordinator for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be supporting the day to day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness programs while under the guidance of the Benefits Manager. In this role, you will be assisting with enrollments, responding to employee inquires, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Benefits team. Assisting with new hire benefit enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and annual open enrollment activities. Preparing and distributing enrollment reminders and proactive benefits communications. Generating routine reports from the HRIS system. Troubleshooting basic benefit-related issues, including enrollment errors and eligibility questions, and escalating as appropriate. Tracking deadlines and ensure timely completion of benefits-related tasks. Answering basic benefits inquiries from teammates and escalate complex issues. Maintaining employee benefit records and supporting documentation in HRIS system. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, customer service, payroll, or a related administrative role preferred. Basic understanding of Human Resources or employee benefits concepts. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, customer service, payroll, or a related administrative role preferred. Basic understanding of Human Resources or employee benefits concepts. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
