Type:

full-time Summary Our client in Clemson is seeking temporary administrative support in their HR department for their benefits team during a high-volume period. This role will provide customer service, scheduling, and administrative support related to employee benefits. Responsibilities Respond to general employee benefits inquiries using established resources. Assist with ticket management and routine benefits requests. Schedule appointments and coordinate employee communications. Support walk-in employee inquiries. Create and update process documentation. Follow up on required forms and documentation. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications General knowledge of employee benefits (insurance, retirement, leave) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and adaptable Experience creating process documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Bookings, or similar scheduling tools Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) is preferred Experience with ticketing/case management systems is preferred Knowledge of benefits administration or open enrollment processes is preferred

Compensation:

$23-26/hour

Schedule:

Temporary position needed for approximately 6 months On-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
