Job Description
- Benefits Specialist
- who is responsible for the administration and day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave programs, wellness initiatives, and benefit compliance activities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- + Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), leave programs, and voluntary benefits.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Required
- + 2+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration.
- Physical Requirements
- + Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. + Ability to communicate effectively in person, via telephone, and electronically. + Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or benefits events.
