PREMIER Bankcard About the Role Supports the administration and management of employee benefits programs including routine tasks to ensure benefit enrollment accuracies through the benefits life cycle. Serves as a point of contact for employees with benefits-related questions and works to maintain compliance and government regulations. Job Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handles routine questions about benefits plans, eligibility, and claims. Ensures accurate tracking and documentation of benefits-related data, such as employee enrollments and deductions. Responsible for accurate recordkeeping throughout employee's benefits life cycle, including elections, payroll deductions, proper billing, and reconciliation. Conducting benefits education sessions which provides information and guidance on enrollment, plan options, and claims. Collaborates with vendors to resolve issues and clarify details. Collaborates with Human Resources partners to assist with required documentation, reports, questions, training and administrative-related items to benefits programs. Coordinate wellness events including benefit education, open enrollment and wellness site visits such as flu shots, mammogram bus, etc. Skills and Qualifications Works with full competence to understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes. Works at an intermediate level to determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making. Typically works with guidance. Works at an intermediate level to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee job responsibilities to efficiently meet objectives. Must be able to express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, & policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications. Works at an intermediate level to acquire, organize, protect, and process data to fulfill business objectives. High school degree, or equivalent is required. Minimum of 1-2 year of customer service experience. General Human Resources experience strongly preferred. Basic computer skills required. Microsoft Office experience preferred. Knowledge of HRIS systems experience preferred.
