Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Total Rewards Analyst who will support compensation and benefits programs while contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and help manage compensation structures by conducting market comparisons, reviewing pay data, and supporting salary adjustments to maintain competitiveness and fairness. Develop and refine job documentation and frameworks to ensure roles are clearly defined and aligned with market standards. Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information regarding coverage, eligibility, and plan details. Assist with day-to-day administration of benefits offerings such as health, retirement, and insurance plans, including support during open enrollment periods. Review and reconcile benefits invoices, working closely with payroll and vendors to address and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with external partners, including brokers and service providers, to facilitate smooth benefits operations and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to support compensation planning cycles, including merit increases and bonus processes through data preparation and analysis. Prepare and distribute total rewards materials such as compensation summaries and benefits documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR systems processes, including testing workflows and resolving system-related issues. Ensure programs and processes comply with applicable employment laws and regulations through proper documentation and administration. Support the creation of employee-facing materials that communicate total rewards offerings effectively. Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems, performing audits and generating reports as needed. Participate in special projects and analyses to enhance total rewards programs and processes. Assist with coordination of immigration-related activities by working with internal and external partners on documentation and tracking.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership. Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and resolve issues independently before escalating. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience or an associate degree will also be considered. Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or similar environments is highly desirable. 2-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a related field. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Strong comfort level working with data, reports, and analytics. Experience with HRIS platforms; exposure to Workday is a plus but not required. Understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration practices. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations such as FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
