This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision benefits, depending on individual selections and applicable work‑hour factors. Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Benefits Coordinator with experience supporting open enrollment and benefits administration activites. This position provides administrative and operational support for the benefits team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with benefits inbox management and employee inquiries. Scanning, filing and document organization. Support audits and enrollment-related activities. Assist with general benefits administration and data entry. Track documentation and administrative tasks to help ensure deadlines and audit requirements are met.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of benefits administration/coordination experience, preferably with direct exposure to leave of absence processes. Highly detail-oriented, organized, dependable and willing to learn. Comfortable handling confidential employee information professionally and discreetly. Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
