Full Job Description Overview of Payroll and Benefits Enrollment Specialist :

Director Level Supervision A Payroll and Benefits Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in managing employee payroll and benefits programs. This position involves ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while also assisting them with benefits enrollment and inquiries. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Calculate and distribute employee wages, bonuses, and commissions for 1300+ employees across various state lines. Process payroll taxes and deductions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate payroll records and reports. Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Guide employees through the benefits enrollment process. Address employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility and options. Maintain relationships with benefits providers and resolve any issues. Required Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field. Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration. Skills In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
