Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of various office machines and office software programs Willingness to learn basic computer knowledge with home health computer systems, OASIS, plan of care and regulations Knowledge or willingness to learn the insurance authorization process of various insurance companies Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Job Duties:
Verifying insurance benefits of privately insured clients/patients Data Entry Notifying case management staff of patient service status Record keeping of all patients Other duties as assigned
