This role partners with employees, leaders, Payroll, and vendors to deliver an exceptional benefits experience. Core Functions Serve as a trusted resource by providing timely, accurate, and compassionate guidance through benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, leaves of absence, and general benefit questions. Ensure team members feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their benefits journey. Administer employee benefits with excellence by processing enrollments, payroll deductions, vendor updates, and employee changes. Maintain accurate, confidential records, perform routine audits, and proactively resolve discrepancies to ensure a seamless employee experience. Partner with Payroll, Human Resources, leaders, and benefit vendors to support daily operations, Open Enrollment, and annual benefit initiatives. Develop a working knowledge of payroll operations through cross-training to provide backup support and strengthen team continuity. Maintain compliance through accurate documentation, regulatory support, and employee communications. Continuously improve processes, contribute to team documentation, and demonstrate faithful stewardship through excellence, ownership, and service in every interaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or minimum 2 years experience in related field Preferred Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in EXCEL Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work in indoor environments. Vision for near, mid-range and far, as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch. Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist. Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to lift 5-20 pounds without assistance. Must have a current and valid driver's license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance. Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
