accommodations, personal leave, and other company leave programs. Coordinate with employees, managers, payroll, and third-party administrators throughout the leave process. Maintain accurate leave records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies. Track leave utilization, return-to-work dates, accommodations, and related reporting. Assist with employee communications, documentation, and leave-related audits. Analyze leave trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Maintain working knowledge of state-specific leave and wage requirements across our operating footprint, with particular attention to California (paid sick leave, CFRA, meal and rest premium pay, wage statement requirements). HR Analytics & Reporting Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports. Create dashboards and workforce analytics utilizing Excel, HRIS reporting tools, and data visualization software. Reconcile compensation and benefits data between HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems. Perform audits to ensure accuracy of employee compensation and benefits records. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR leadership. Analyze total labor cost across employee and contingent populations, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Finance on contingent labor spend reporting Support HR data governance- defining standard fields, sources, and definitions so compensation and benefits reporting is consistent across systems and sites.
