Job Description The Benefits Administrator, Leave of Absence provides administrative support for Raising Cane's leave program, ensuring processes are managed accurately and efficiently. This role partners with Leave Specialists to maintain case documentation, audit system data, coordinate administrative workflows, and support a seamless leave experience for Crewmembers. Success in the role requires strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to accuracy.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Review, sort, and route incoming leave documentation to the appropriate Leave Specialist for review and action Create, maintain, and organize electronic leave case files within AbsenceSoft, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and properly associated with each case Audit leave data between AbsenceSoft and Workday to validate integrations, case statuses, leave dates, and Crewmember information; identify discrepancies and partner with Leave Specialist to resolve issues Monitor shared mailboxes, work queues, and system tasks to ensure documentation and administrative requests are processed in a timely manner Perform administrative updates within AbsenceSoft and Workday and track outstanding documentation or tasks requiring follow-up Prepare leave correspondence, forms, and communications while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding confidential information Support leave reporting, data validation, compliance audits, and other administration activities Partner with Leave Specialists to help ensure cases progress efficiently throughout the leave lifecycle Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, and administrative processes Support system testing, implementation activities, improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of professional administrative experience in case management, employee benefits, Human Resources, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and technology Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn leave administration processes, systems, and applicable regulations Genuine compassion for others and a commitment to supporting Crewmembers during challenging life events with empathy, professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of urgency Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and handle sensitive information confidentially Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate data across systems Positive and collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with HRIS, leave management, or case management systems; experience with Workday and/or AbsenceSoft preferred Familiarity with leave of absence processes, employee benefits, or related compliance programs Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
