Job Description The Compensation Coordinator supports the Restaurant Support/Business Unit (BU) and Restaurant Compensation teams by performing foundational data and administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with recurring compensation processes. This role ensures data accuracy, organizes compensation workflows, and provides administrative support across base pay, incentives, one-time payments, and retirement programs, including 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC).
