In this role, you will own the day-to-day operation of our sales compensation program; configuring incentives, managing field requests, and keeping payouts accurate, while partnering with multiple departments to ensure timely and correct incentive processing across our 400+ store network. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data accuracy, process excellence, and supporting our sales teams through the effective administration of incentive programs.

This position is 100% on-site and in-person at our office in Waco, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration & Operations Configure sales promotions, incentive rules, and plan parameters within our incentive compensation management (ICM) system Process and apply commission adjustments in response to requests from field sales representatives Serve as the primary point of contact for incentive-related cases and inquiries from the field, managing them accurately and on time Investigate and resolve compensation-related discrepancies and data issues Assist in maintaining sales compensation systems, tools, and reporting dashboards Reporting Support Assist in the preparation of sales performance and incentive data for review Generate standard recurring reports on incentive payouts Provide reporting and analytical support for leadership decision-making and performance evaluations Cross-functional Partnership Serve as a liaison with field teams to address questions regarding incentive calculations, payouts, and policies Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Sales leaders to ensure timely and accurate incentive processing Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of sales compensation administration Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements and compensation-related projects
Must-Have Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, payroll, or a related role High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience supporting cross-functional business partners
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with an incentive compensation management (ICM) system such as Varicent, Xactly, SAP Commissions, or CaptivateIQ Experience working in a multinational or multi-location organization Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required) Miracle-Ear has been in business for over 75 years, providing leading innovative hearing solutions that improve lives, relationships, and communities.
