Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Full-Time + Training is Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm then can be scheduled for an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm

Contract Length:

4 Months - Can be a great foot in the door within this company and transition into other roles on different teams and find a long-term fitting.

This team supports members and insurance brokers by helping them understand health plan options, enrollment changes, renewals, rates, and coverage-related questions. This is a customer-focused role centered on providing exceptional service and guidance, not a high-pressure sales or call center environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
