Monday-Friday, Full-Time + Training is Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm then can be scheduled for an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pmContract Length:

This team supports members and insurance brokers by helping them understand health plan options, enrollment changes, renewals, rates, and coverage-related questions. This is a customer-focused role centered on providing exceptional service and guidance, not a high-pressure sales or call center environment.
