PPACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, IRS
Section 125 and other applicable legislations Experience using ADP WFN, SAP and time/attendance systems Understanding of federal and state regulatory benefit compliance Ability to remain confidential and handle sensitive data Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist (CCWS) ADA Coordinator Certification (ADACC) Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) Experience working in the retail industry and a multi-state or large company (5,000 +) Experience working with commuter benefits Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in a related field In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above Physical Job Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times What You'll Receive At Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
