Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package About the Opportunity Our Company is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and HRIS processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented payroll professional with extensive experience managing Payroll, benefits administration, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Key Responsibilities Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple states and locations. Ensure accurate payroll calculations including wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings. Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and open enrollment. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to support employee payroll and benefits inquiries. Reconcile payroll reports, benefit invoices, and general ledger accounts. Audit payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Generate payroll, benefits, and workforce reports for leadership. Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management processes. Maintain HRIS and ATS systems while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy. Required Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or 7 years of Payroll and Benefits experience, in lieu of degree. 7+ years of progressive payroll and benefits administration experience. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration. Experience processing multi-state payroll. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

ATS & HRIS

Requirements Candidates must possess advanced hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR platforms , including expertise in at least one of the following: Workday Paylocity ADP Workforce Now Experience with ATS configuration, candidate workflows, reporting, onboarding integration, and HRIS data management is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting payroll audits and compliance initiatives. Knowledge of benefit plan administration and vendor management. Experience in fast-paced environment.
