Ancilla Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-focused Disability Evaluation & Benefits Specialist to support disability evaluation, benefits determination, medical documentation review, and case management activities. The selected candidate will work with medical records, clinical documentation, eligibility requirements, and government program guidance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant case adjudication and benefit determinations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clinical, administrative, and program stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Review and analyze medical documentation, clinical records, and supporting evidence to assist with disability and benefits determinations. Evaluate case files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and program requirements. Conduct detailed research and analysis of medical, administrative, and personnel records. Prepare case summaries, recommendations, and supporting documentation for review and adjudication. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, program managers, and support staff to resolve documentation deficiencies and case issues. Maintain accurate and timely case records within designated case management and tracking systems. Monitor case progress to ensure timely processing and adherence to performance standards. Interpret and apply program guidance, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements. Identify trends, discrepancies, or potential issues requiring additional review or escalation. Support continuous process improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities. Provide professional customer service and communication with stakeholders regarding case status and documentation requirements. Perform other related duties supporting disability evaluation and benefits programs. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience reviewing medical records, healthcare documentation, disability claims, benefits determinations, case management, or related administrative programs. Ability to analyze complex information and make well-supported recommendations. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation. Experience working with electronic health records, case management systems, or enterprise data systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Experience supporting government, healthcare, military, Veterans Affairs, disability, insurance, or benefits programs is preferred.

$84,308.34 - $87,446.61 per year
