Are you ready to transform complex healthcare benefits into clear, actionable communications that support employee understanding and informed decision-making? As an Employee Benefits Communications Analyst, you will lead the development of strategic content that helps employees navigate their healthcare options with clarity and confidence. You will design and deliver materials across multiple channels—including email, intranet, trainings, and print—ensuring that messaging is accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. You will also apply a data-informed approach to your work, analyzing benefits utilization, claims trends, and communication performance metrics to refine messaging and support cost-effective decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR partners, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain consistency, timeliness, and impact across all benefits communications. Content Development & Communication Strategy Design and implement communication campaigns that promote understanding and utilization of company healthcare benefits Create clear, engaging content across multiple formats and channels, tailored to diverse employee audiences Translate complex healthcare and benefits information into accessible language that supports informed decision-making Data Analysis & Insight Generation Analyze benefits utilization, claims data, and communication performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities Develop reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams Use data to refine messaging strategies and support cost-effective benefits planning Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Partner with HR, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in benefits communications Coordinate updates and messaging in alignment with plan changes, compliance requirements, and organizational priorities Maintain communication calendars and governance processes to ensure timely delivery and alignment across channels
WHAT WE'RE SEEKING
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
