About You MD² is hiring an HR Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team in our Bellevue, MD² office. The person we are looking for thrives in a professional and fast-paced environment. You're a motivated self-starter with three (3) years of benefits administration experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be performing various benefit-related administrative duties for both our offices and internal operations: Managing 40+ open enrollment processes for MD² offices across the country Processing life events for current staff and physicians Assisting new hires with benefits enrollment Auditing benefits enrollments monthly in payroll and with carriers Reviewing monthly 401(k) contribution changes in payroll Updating the HRIS and benefits platforms with office-specific plan materials 401(k) plan audit support Responding to benefits-related inquiries Working cross-functionally with finance for payroll changes and invoice inquiries Other duties as assignedRequirements:
Minimum three (3) years of benefits administration experience Experience in small group benefits Familiarity with a variety of carrier and state rules and regulations Experience with HRIS. Paylocity and Employee Navigator are a plus Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Strong Time Management A combination of education/experience that provides the same expertise Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to pass a background check Personal Attributes Service-minded and customer-centric in all actions Attentive to detail and consistently reliable; relentless follow-up attitude Calm under pressure and highly adaptable Confident communicator and natural relationship builder Like to work in teams and build relationships Self-motivated with a bias for taking action Discreet, polished, and professional in demeanor For Your Hard Work Professional Development Reimbursement Medical, Dental, and Vision 401K Life, LTD and AD&D Short Term Disability Paid Time Off and Holidays Bonus Program MD² is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
