Job Description

Job Description We seek a Comp and Benefits Coordinator to provide immediate, hands-on support during our busiest time of the year. This role requires a professional who can support two critical initiatives: supporting a seamless Benefits Open Enrollment (OE) season and supporting our upcoming Annual Compensation Cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits:
Support OE strategy and roll out of 3 new benefit programs, manage vendor coordination, assist with employee communications, and test Workday enrollment data issues.

  •  Detail oriented and fast learner
  •  Prior experience supporting Open Enrollment cycles.
  •  Strong analytical skills
  •  Workday experience
  •  Compensation experience is great but not required
