Job Description
Key Responsibilities Relationship-Driven Advising:
Build strong relationships with clients to evaluate their medical needs, doctor preferences, and budget constraints, treating each interaction as an opportunity to serve.Team-Oriented Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues in a supportive, unified in-office environment to share best practices, celebrate team wins, and ensure every client receives exceptional care.Flexible Mobility:
Work a consistent 40-hour week based in Chilton, with the flexibility to travel to our Kaukauna office or directly to customer locations for on-site meetings as required.Comprehensive Portfolio Management:
Advise on a full suite of health insurance products, including ACA Marketplace plans, Medicare Advantage/Supplements, and Small Group benefits.End-to-End Client Advocacy:
Act as a year-round point of contact for clients, assisting them through stressful situations like claims or billing disputes with patience, grace, and compassion.Interpersonal & Core Competencies Faith-Aligned Service Mindset:

Ability to successfully study for and obtain a Wisconsin State Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire. An active license is a plus.Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or high-touch relationship management.Travel Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between the Kaukauna and Chilton offices, as well as local client visits.Tech Proficiency:
