Job Description

Payroll & Benefits Specialist Salary:
$60,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and tax withholdings Administer employee benefits including health, dental, retirement, and leave programs Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper payroll and benefits data integrity Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits Partner with HR and Accounting to reconcile payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Manage onboarding/offboarding payroll changes, benefit enrollments, and terminations Assist with year-end reporting including W-2s and benefit audits
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume environment Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel #
