We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR (H.E.R.O.) team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and resolve compensation-related issues.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist the COO in market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and process monthly insurance billings.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
