Payroll & Benefits Specialist Salary:
$65,000 – $73,000

Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees Manage bonus payrolls and quarterly payroll adjustments Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, new hire setup, and open enrollment support Maintain multi-state payroll tax jurisdictions and employee records Utilize ADP Workforce and HRIS systems to ensure payroll and benefits accuracy Analyze payroll and HR data using Excel reporting tools Qualifications for the
Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
2-3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience Experience with benefits administration Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Experience with ADP Workforce or similar payroll systems preferred Multi-state payroll experience preferred #
