Our studio is seeking an energetic, organized, and dedicated Studio Director to manage our Scottsdale location location Monday - Friday 1:00 - 8:00 PM. Our Studio Director will be responsible for: Ensuring the smooth operation of daily lessons Approving and facilitating employee time off requests Communication with clients (with the help of an entire Enrollment and Customer Care team) Fostering team relationships and job satisfaction Inventory tracking and restocking Minimal monthly collections Approving hires/helping with onboarding and training of new teachers Semi-annually attending and hosting recitals Coordinating and holding semi-annual performance reviews with your teachers Being a part of the creative team in making sure that your studio is offering a quality experience to every student Qualifications include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organization, time management, and project management skills Knowledge of excel/google spreadsheets The ability to lead and inspire others Ability to handle occasional conflicts, deescalate, and problem-solve Experience in music teaching not required, but a plus Compensation $40,000 per year, plus bonus Benefits Health Insurance Plan with SelectHealth Full Dental Full Vision 401(k) Benefits are available to employees and immediate family members
