We are seeking a trustworthy, self-directed Independent Contractor to manage operations at a 18-room motel. This is an independent contractor role with no set work hours. Your time may vary based on occupancy, maintenance needs, and guest activity. Contractor must remain available by phone.

Compensation:

$300 per week On-site housing All utilities and internet included Responsibilities Include Collecting and managing guest payments; daily remittance to lockbox Record keeping and reporting Answering phone calls and guest inquiries Housekeeping and room turnover Routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations Grounds, landscaping, waste management Inventory control and supply purchasing Guest requests and property monitoring Advertising, rate adjustments, and online listings Emergency response, including utility shut-offs if needed

Requirements :

Honest, reliable, and self-motivated Comfortable living on-site Able to self-manage without supervision Hospitality or property management experience preferred This position is ideal for motivated individuals or a couple seeking an independent contractor role with the added perk of on-site housing.
