We are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to build, administer, and continuously improve our broad-based compensation function across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. This role will lead salary and hourly wage structures, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, sales compensation, and variable-pay programs while establishing the governance and processes needed to support consistency, compliance, and scalability. Responsibilities Build and continuously improve a scalable compensation function, including appropriate policies, governance, controls, and decision-making guidelines. Administer salary and hourly wage structures, geographic differentials, market pricing, job evaluations, and promotional increases across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and newly created positions. Design and evaluate hourly and variable-pay programs, including productivity incentives, skill-based pay, premium pay, shift differentials, cross-training programs, and sales compensation. Lead annual merit, wage, incentive, and compensation-planning cycles, including budgeting, modeling, reporting, and executive recommendations. Serve as the compensation business lead for Oracle HCM and related technology initiatives while identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate compensation processes. Conduct compensation and pay-equity audits, ensure compliance with applicable requirements, and advise leaders regarding inequities, inconsistencies, pay compression, and other compensation risks. Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements. Experience building or advancing a compensation function and supporting a geographically dispersed hourly workforce within manufacturing or a comparable multi-site organization. Strong knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, pay equity, pay transparency, and wage-and-hour compliance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with compensation systems, analytics, and reporting tools; experience with Oracle
HCM, ADP
Workforce Now, Payfactors, ERI, Power BI, or Tableau preferred. Demonstrated ability to advise and influence business leaders while handling sensitive compensation matters with sound judgment and discretion.
