Job Description

Atlantic Management Resources is partnering with a well-established specialty pharmaceutical company marketing a novel neurology therapy focused on Alzheimer's disease. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly sales-driven organization and play a key role in supporting patient access to an innovative therapy in a disease state with significant unmet need. The Opportunity The Senior Access & Reimbursement Manager will be a field-based resource supporting healthcare professionals with patient access, reimbursement, coverage, and product procurement. This individual will work closely with practices, health systems, billing teams, financial counselors, and other key stakeholders to identify and resolve access challenges. Responsibilities Serve as the primary resource for customer access and reimbursement questions. Educate HCPs and office personnel on payer policies, coverage, reimbursement, and patient support programs. Identify, triage, and resolve access and reimbursement challenges. Monitor payer trends and communicate relevant market intelligence internally. Partner with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal teams. Provide training and education to the sales organization regarding access and reimbursement. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience. Background working with a complex specialty product, patient access, reimbursement, or Market Access. Experience with infusion, injectable therapies, buy-and-bill, physician-administered products, or specialty pharmaceuticals strongly preferred. Strong understanding of medical benefits, J Code billing, specialty distribution, and reimbursement. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and other major payer segments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Compensation Base Salary:
$170,000-$215,000
Bonus:
15-20% of base salary Company Car Comprehensive benefits package, including LTI Field-Based Position This position requires regular in-person engagement with healthcare professionals, practices, institutions, and other stakeholders. Third-party credentialing and facility access requirements may apply.
