The Role You'll manage a book of personal lines accounts, handling renewals, day-to-day service, and rounding out coverage for clients who only have one policy with us. If you like solving problems, talking with people, and seeing your efforts show up in your paycheck, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Manage personal lines renewals (home, auto, flood, umbrella, and more), reviewing coverage, remarketing when needed, and making sure clients understand their options before the renewal date.

Handle daily servicing:

endorsements, policy changes, billing questions, certificates, ID cards, and claims support. Review the book for monoline clients and proactively cross-sell additional lines such as auto, umbrella, flood, and recreational policies. Quote and bind new business with our 20 home and auto carriers. Keep accurate records and notes in our agency management system Epic. Build lasting relationships with clients and be the go-to person they call first. What We're Looking For Active Florida 2-20, 4-40, or 20-44 license. [1-2+] years of personal lines insurance experience preferred; we'll consider motivated candidates with strong customer service backgrounds. Working knowledge of the Florida homeowners and flood market is a big plus. Comfortable with comparative raters and agency management systems. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple renewals and service requests at once. Friendly, confident on the phone, and comfortable recommending coverage.
