Starting at $85,000 Administrator / Client Services Manager Starting at $85,000 annually, DOE Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growth with a stable Hawaii-based organization. You will work directly with executive leadership, trustees, legal counsel, consultants, and plan professionals while overseeing client projects and supporting the performance of an internal department. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Retirement savings plan Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Stable Hawaii-based organization with long-standing client relationships What You'll Do Manage long-term relationships with assigned benefit funds, trustees, legal counsel, consultants, vendors, and plan participants Attend trust meetings, benefit fairs, union meetings, new-hire orientations, and educational conferences Respond to client questions involving benefits, claims, plan provisions, and administrative matters Review financial statements, disbursements, contracts, amendments, plan documents, and client procedures Prepare meeting minutes, reports, agenda items, proposals, and client communications Interpret and apply plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, policies, ERISA requirements, and Department of Labor guidelines What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience in client services, benefits administration, finance, HR, account management, or a comparable field Supervisory or management experience Ability to analyze financial information, contracts, and complex legal or plan documents Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERISA, Taft-Hartley, or multi-employer benefit funds Background in pension, annuity, vacation and holiday, or health and welfare administration Experience with benefit claims, electronic data transfers, renewals, or coverage contracts Schedule and Travel Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Occasional extended hours and weekends for meetings, benefit fairs, or conferences Occasional neighbor island and mainland travel, including possible overnight stays Interested?
