We will help you obtain your Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License and cover the licensing costs. What You'll Do Learn about employee benefits, renewals, compliance, and industry trends. Take Hawaii Life & Health Insurance classes and obtain license within 3 months. Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service. Assist with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit accounts. Help prepare renewal proposals, benefit comparisons, and client materials. Assist with client onboarding, open enrollment, and implementation activities. Help resolve eligibility, enrollment, billing, and service questions. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Learn about employee benefits, renewals, compliance, and industry trends. Develop strong client relationships through responsive and professional service. What We're Looking For Strong interest in building a career in Employee Benefits. Customer service, insurance, administrative, or related experience is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable learning new technology and software. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
