. State Hospital West ( SHW ) in Nampa is seeking a Therapy Services Director to provide clinical and program leadership within our hospital setting. This position supervises therapy services staff, leads treatment team processes, oversees program operations, and helps ensure patients receive coordinated, high-quality care. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a specialized behavioral health environment while supporting the development of clinical staff and programs serving youth at State Hospital West. As a Therapy Services Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team, shape treatment programs, collaborate across disciplines, and help strengthen services within a specialized state hospital environment.
