at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, United States Job Description Under administrative supervision from the Director of Energy Management this position plans, organizes, directs, and implements the goals and objectives of the Heating Plant and Campus Utility Operations, including Heating Plant Trades, Water Treatment, Heating and Cooling and Pipefitter Maintenance groups.
