The RoleYour roleAs a global benefits leader, you will focus on strategy, design and governance for Kyndryl's employee benefit programs globally. You will partner closely with HR colleagues, finance, procurement, wellbeing, benefits administration teams, and external supplier partners to ensure benefit programs adhere to compliance, market relevance, financial sustainability. Developing and executing a strategic communication and engagement strategy for employees is a core principle of the role. Success in this role is measured by efficient governance, compliance, financial controls, and employee experience.

What you will do
  • Set strategy for design, market position, and cost investment/ containment for all employee benefit programs globally
  • Establish cadence with benefits delivery to ensure alignment, coaching and support
  • Manage core supplier partnerships - such as GBM, US consulting, and others to ensure best in class service and timely execution of all deliverables
  • Enhance employee experience to ensure awareness and easy of navigation for Kyndyrls benefit programs
  • Harmonize and simply programs to enable consistency, and investment in market aligned programs
  • Act as consultant and partner to country HRBP leaders in curating solutions to human capital needsWho You AreRequired skills and experienceExperience in a benefits related role that included:
  • overseeing programs for multiple countries across regions
  • working in a high complex organization requiring collaboration across workstreams
  • Employee communication and engagement campaigns
  • Supplier management
  • Manage multiple time sensitive, highly visible projects simultaneously
  • Ability to make a decision while navigating ambiguity
  • Coach, manage and lead a teamPreferred skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting large-scale benefits transformation initiatives
  • Expertise with leveraging external benefits providers or brokers
