Job SummaryOversees the strategies, development, implementation, and ongoing management of company total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in partnership with other human resources functions and business leaders. Designs, communicates, implements, and administers globally, regionally, country, and locally relevant compensation and benefit processes and programs aligned to HR strategy and business needs. Performs market reviews and manages benchmarking resources to ensure programs align with market expectations. Models and analyzes financial impact and employee considerations of proposed changes to total rewards programs. Maintains a working knowledge of global, regional, country, and locally relevant legislation and trends that influences total rewards philosophy, program design, and management. Reviews and oversees compensation and benefit compliance and ensures necessary regulatory filings and disclosures are made in accordance with local law and company practice. Responds to escalated total rewards questions while providing education concerning company practices and processes. Manage compensation and benefit activities related to mergers and acquisitions, HRIS systems management, performance management, and other cross-functional human resources projects. Other duties may be performed as assigned. ResponsibilitiesConduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analyses using survey and proxy data to evaluate executive pay competitivenessAnalyze executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and total direct compensationSupport the design, administration, and evaluation of executive compensation and incentive programsDevelop executive compensation recommendations and financial models to support pay decisions and program changesPartner with Finance, Legal, Stock Administration, and HR teams on executive compensation initiativesSupport annual executive compensation planning processes, including salary reviews, incentive planning, and equity award cyclesPrepare analyses, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and Board of DirectorsAssist with peer group development, compensation governance reviews, and pay-for-performance analysesSupport the preparation of executive compensation disclosures, including proxy statement and regulatory filing requirementsPerform realized and realizable pay analyses, CEO pay ratio calculations, and other executive compensation reportingMonitor executive compensation market trends, governance developments, and proxy advisor guidance (ISS and Glass Lewis)Analyze equity compensation programs, including annual grants, retention awards, dilution, burn rate, and share usage metricsCreate dashboards and reporting to provide insights on executive compensation practices, trends, and outcomesIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve executive compensation processes and analyticsMaintain a high degree of confidentiality and ensure accurate administration of executive compensation programsQualifications4+ years of compensation experienceExperience with compensation surveys, reviewing proxy data, and market benchmarkingUnderstanding of public company executive compensation practices, governance, and disclosure requirementsAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage highly confidential information with discretionExperience with Workday, and compensation databases preferredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

70,000- 105,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
