Job Description

The Norcross Wildlife Foundation, Inc., a non-profit, private operating foundation, is seeking to fill the position of Director of Administration - a full-time, exempt, salaried position based at our administration offices at 30 Peck Road in Wales, MA. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Administration is a senior staff member responsible for the oversight and management of essential services that support the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, including human resources, finance, facilities (on the financial and regulatory side, in coordination with The Director of Facilities), IT, communications, procurement and other duties associated with managing a professional office and operations. Assists with external communications and public programs as needed. Supervises at least one staff position and potentially others. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
