Our Kelly Education Clinical Director is accountable for: Providing leadership to therapeutic providers Quality of team service delivery Execution of team talent processes Client and consumer relationship management Operational management and efficiency Supporting strategic growth initiatives Managing and maintaining a patient care caseload and director responsibilities Essential Skills Strong organization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting schedules, deadlines, targets, and goals Strong communication skills, written and verbal Hard-working, results-oriented, positive attitude, and customer focused Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; highly ethical High level problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office products Required license and certification of specific discipline Seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of pediatric therapy experience with prior leadership and supervisory experience highly preferred. Base pay range for this position is $73,875- $98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
