The Offer Management job is responsible for leading the management and development of the organization's offer to its institutional markets, clients, and participants. This job incorporates a comprehensive approach to product management beginning with product strategy and planning and continue end-to-end through the entire product development lifecycle. As a recognized master in the organization's offer, this job works with internal clients to develop products for the appropriate distribution channels.- Key Responsibilities and Duties

+ 7+ years of experience in retirement solutions + Demonstrated strong decision-making capability, particularly in ambiguous or evolving business situations + Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, compliance, marketing, and sales teams. Base Pay Range:
$120,000/yr - $200,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
